About the Role
You will lead the deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities. You will manage pilot projects, customer-site data collection, lab simulations, testing strategies, product demonstrations, solution integration, maintenance coordination, and deployment improvements. You will also support customer use-case analysis and go-to-market activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience leading projects involving robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance skills
- Experience managing concept or pilot projects and deployment processes
- Problem-solving and technical issue diagnosis skills
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers, senior stakeholders, and operations staff
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% across North America, with occasional travel to Europe
- Warehouse or logistics automation, industrial robotics, or humanoid robotics deployment experience
- Software integration and sensor-based automation familiarity
- CAD modeling, 3D scanning, or digital twin technology experience
- Commissioning or acceptance testing experience
- Automation business case development experience
- Presentation and live demonstration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations
- Plan and supervise on-site proof-of-concept and pilot projects
- Integrate technical development activities into deployment projects and manage delivery risks
- Supervise customer-facility visits, data collection, requirements assessment, and robotic-system integration
- Define and supervise lab and site acceptance testing strategies
- Lead product demonstrations for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at expos and industry events with live product demonstrations
- Coordinate testing of product releases and delivery to customer sites
- Oversee solution integration at customer facilities
- Prioritize product data and customer feedback to improve performance and deployment efficiency
- Plan and supervise minor robotic-system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate on deployment-strategy optimization
- Support customer use-case analysis and solution development
