About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain core systems supporting the AI product, including a gVisor-based runtime and a high-throughput sandbox scheduler across cloud providers. You will improve application frameworks, observability, infrastructure reliability, network and cloud strategy, and AI-driven development tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of platform, infrastructure, or developer experience engineering experience
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer experience systems
- Proficiency in a systems-oriented language such as Go, Rust, or C++
- Experience designing high-throughput services at scale or building tools for growing engineering organizations
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices
- Ability to balance security, stability, and speed
- Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core systems for the AI product, including a gVisor-based runtime and high-throughput sandbox scheduler
- Bring order and structure to the codebase and develop application frameworks
- Own and develop the observability stack from code instrumentation through ingestion and presentation
- Harden infrastructure against failures, downtime, and slowdowns
- Plan and implement network infrastructure and cloud strategy
- Integrate AI-driven development tools across the engineering organization
- Drive reliability improvement efforts across engineering teams
