About the Role
You will own a strategic area of the Agent Management Platform. You will define the product vision and roadmap, prioritize scalable platform capabilities, partner with Engineering, Design, and commercial teams, and use analytics to improve platform performance and customer impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, technical consulting, or CTO/CPO roles
- Understanding of platform architecture, APIs, SDKs, modular design, and integration strategies
- Experience translating customer needs into scalable platform solutions
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
- Experience defining long-term product strategies
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop product vision and roadmap
- Build scalable and modular platform capabilities
- Lead feature-request, prioritization, and delivery processes
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to prioritize features
