About the Role
You will build internal investigation, review, and enforcement tools, including case queues, investigation views, audit logs, and account-actioning workflows. You will develop reusable APIs, storage, and backend services; operate deployments across multiple clouds; automate review workflows; and instrument systems for queue health, throughput, and decision quality.
Requirements
- Full-stack or platform engineering background
- Experience shipping internal tools or platforms for operational users
- Experience collaborating with operations, policy, or legal partners
- Communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in the societal impacts of AI
Responsibilities
- Build investigation, review, and enforcement tooling for first-party and third-party platforms
- Develop reusable APIs, data storage, and backend services for review workflows
- Deploy and operate tooling across multiple cloud environments
- Maintain shared deployment pipelines, smoke tests, observability, and alerting
- Enable Claude-assisted and Claude-driven review workflows
- Translate enforcement and investigation needs into reliable systems
- Instrument tools with metrics for queue health, reviewer throughput, and decision quality
