About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and technical functions, partner with executive leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning, build talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and mentor recruiting teammates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical, manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational environments
- Experience recruiting across manufacturing, automation, software, hardware, test, or related engineering functions
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, directors, and executives on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Ability to operate independently with ownership, judgment, and execution
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or influencing recruiters and recruiting teams
Responsibilities
- Deliver hiring outcomes across manufacturing engineering, automation, test, software, hardware, and production functions
- Advise executive leaders on hiring strategies, talent priorities, and workforce planning
- Build talent pipelines across manufacturing and technical disciplines
- Improve recruiting processes, interview calibration, and hiring practices
- Mentor and coach recruiters
