About the Role

You will deliver, operate, and improve enterprise authentication and authorization services. You will implement identity integrations, enforce security controls, troubleshoot incidents, support compliance assessments, and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IAM experience or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with commercial identity platforms and enterprise identity services
  • Knowledge of SSO, federation, and authentication and authorization protocols
  • Experience with directory, lifecycle, and provisioning systems
  • Experience with MFA, adaptive authentication, authorization, and access-policy enforcement
  • Troubleshooting skills for authentication flows, certificates, TLS, networking, and infrastructure
  • Scripting and automation skills
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools
  • Experience working in Linux environments
  • Technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate enterprise authentication and federation solutions
  • Implement and support SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and JWT integrations
  • Integrate identity solutions with applications, APIs, SaaS platforms, and web and mobile applications
  • Implement MFA, adaptive authentication, access policies, and authorization models
  • Support identity lifecycle, directory, and provisioning integrations
  • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization flows and perform root-cause analysis
  • Support security, audit, and regulatory assessments
  • Create and maintain runbooks, procedures, and technical documentation
