About the Role
You will deliver technical consulting for identity and access management solutions. You will assess customer requirements, design secure and scalable deployments, install and configure solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, lead delivery through go-live, conduct validation testing, and create documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience, including 2+ years in identity and access management
- IAM system integration and implementation experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and data stores
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy, HTML, and CSS
- Experience estimating and sizing projects
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise directories, applications, APIs, and identity systems
- Experience with SCIM and HTTP/REST APIs
- Experience designing or delivering cloud, hybrid, or on-premises IAM solutions
- Experience with technical testing, production cutovers, and operational transitions
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical consulting to customers and partners
- Assess client requirements and recommend solution designs
- Design, implement, and deliver IAM product solutions
- Install, deploy, and configure Ping Identity solutions
- Lead technical delivery from discovery through handover
- Design and validate secure, scalable IAM deployments
- Troubleshoot implementation and production issues
- Execute integration, performance, and resilience testing
- Produce implementation documentation and runbooks
- Mentor technical resources
