About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems. You will lead complex projects, set technical standards, drive architecture decisions, and own system performance, security, and reliability. You will mentor engineers, improve code quality through reviews, resolve root causes, and communicate technical strategy with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience with large-scale systems and application architecture
- Experience with Python or Go
- Understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices
- Experience with cloud technologies, distributed systems, and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems
- Define and enforce coding standards, design principles, and development methodologies
- Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy
- Lead complex projects from conception through delivery
