About the Role
You will lead end-to-end testing strategy for AI and ML API features. You will build scalable test frameworks and automation, validate production deployments, evaluate model quality and performance, investigate quality gaps, and mentor junior SDETs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software integration, development, or quality engineering
- Expertise in automation and programming with Python, C++, or Go
- Experience testing compute, machine learning, networking, or storage systems in enterprise environments
- Experience debugging distributed deployments
- Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives
- Verbal and written technical communication skills
- Experience mentoring geographically dispersed engineers
Responsibilities
- Architect and own end-to-end test strategies for new features
- Develop scalable tests, frameworks, and tooling
- Contribute to industry-standard benchmarks and evaluation methodologies
- Drive automation initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and test coverage
- Make coverage, resource, and risk-based testing decisions
- Mentor junior SDETs on testing, debugging, and automation
- Identify systemic quality gaps and lead cross-functional remediation
- Facilitate technical communication across teams and time zones
