About the Role
You will own a technical area or subsystem and implement and refine its microarchitecture and RTL features. You will lead power, performance, and area trade-offs, align hardware disciplines, resolve technical dependencies, investigate failures through validation closure, and provide technical direction and mentorship.
Requirements
- Expertise in digital design and microarchitecture
- Experience owning complex designs through RTL, verification, implementation, and silicon or post-silicon debug
- Ability to write Verilog or SystemVerilog
- Ability to interpret synthesis and timing results
- Experience delivering complex ASIC or accelerator hardware
- Experience providing technical direction and mentoring engineers
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Own and refine microarchitectural features for a technical area or subsystem
- Influence architecture and interfaces and guide implementation work
- Lead power, performance, and area trade-offs
- Drive alignment across RTL, verification, performance, physical design, software, and architecture
- Resolve interface and dependency conflicts
- Coordinate root-cause analysis and drive corrective action through validation closure
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, reusable design practices, and review standards
- Represent the team in architecture and cross-functional reviews
