Requirements
- Financial industry experience
- Banking or fintech experience preferred
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and engineering strategy experience
- Experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems
- Strong Java development experience
- Platform and service design mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter able to identify problems and develop solutions
- Work authorization in the United States without new visa sponsorship
