About the Role

You will lead cloud-native modernization and develop scalable, fault-tolerant software platforms. You will define architecture and engineering standards, coordinate complex projects, validate quality readiness, advise leaders on technical strategy, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience developing batch services, REST APIs, and web application frameworks using Java, J2EE, or Angular
  • Experience with enterprise cloud service platforms
  • Experience with Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Angular, MyBatis or JPA
  • Experience with Azure, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, UDeploy, Veracode, JIRA, ServiceNow, OneTrust, Ensighten, VaultJS, GitHub Copilot, and Visual Studio Code

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architecture design teams
  • Define and implement application-level architecture
  • Develop applications for complex projects, components, and subsystems
  • Recommend testing tools and methodologies and validate test plans
  • Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables
  • Develop documentation for applications and subsystems
  • Establish project life-cycle plans
  • Manage project goals, schedules, risks, and budgets
  • Advise senior management on technical strategy
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Develop technical solutions for ongoing development efforts
