TransFICC is hiring a Software Engineer to build and improve Java-based fintech platforms and components. The role emphasizes pair programming, extreme programming, test-driven development, continuous integration, automation, and collaborative work across the whole system.
Requirements
- Commercial software development experience
- Strong Java programming skills
- Confidence working in a large codebase
- Interest in understanding how systems work under the hood
