About the Role
You will help build, release, grow, and scale banking products such as Bank Accounts, Payouts, and Liquidity Management. You will improve engineering quality and reliability, make scalable technical decisions, shape product offerings, solve customer problems, research new ideas, and mentor engineers while driving technical excellence across a global organization.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, scaling, and running large and complex engineering systems
- Experience with financial infrastructure, ideally issuing, banking, treasury, or embedded finance
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers
- Experience driving technical discussions to sound conclusions
- Cross-functional experience across product, engineering, and commercial functions
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Prior experience as a Staff Engineer or Tech Lead in a comparable technology company
