About the Role
Build and own the full lifecycle of credit risk models, from data preparation and feature engineering through deployment, maintenance, and monitoring, using traditional and non-traditional data sources.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science and credit modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.
- Domain knowledge and expertise in traditional credit data; non-traditional credit data experience is a plus.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners.
Responsibilities
- Build credit risk models for customer acquisitions and management.
- Collaborate with credit analysts and product managers to understand business problems and deliver appropriate models.
- Create rich datasets from traditional and non-traditional data sources and develop powerful features.
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor models in production.
- Communicate results and findings to senior stakeholders in credit, product, and engineering.
