About the Role
You will lead the design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of cross-domain solutions for secure information sharing across classified networks. You will develop secure architectures and documentation, support accreditation and monitoring, troubleshoot complex issues, validate upgrades and deployments, and improve reliability, automation, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6 years with a Master's degree, 4 years with a PhD, or equivalent work experience
- Availability to work onsite in the Washington, DC or Dallas, Texas office
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience with hypervisor environments
- Networking knowledge
- Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within the first 3 months
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering and implementation of Cross Domain Solutions for secure information transfer between classified networks
- Design and evaluate high-assurance data-movement architectures
- Support Top Secret network environments in accordance with security policies, mission requirements, and accreditation standards
- Support system authorization, risk management, vulnerability remediation, and continuous monitoring
- Develop and review system designs, interface control documents, security artifacts, test plans, implementation procedures, and operational runbooks
- Troubleshoot cross-domain, network, system, and security issues and provide root-cause analysis
- Evaluate technologies and vendor capabilities to recommend secure, scalable architectures
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Improve reliability, automation, monitoring, documentation, and engineering standards
- Support upgrades, technology refreshes, lab validation, integration testing, and production deployments
