About the Role

You will design the security control plane end to end and make architecture decisions that shape the platform. You will build and operate it across sites, combining on-premises infrastructure with cloud management where appropriate. You will automate PKI, certificate lifecycle, identity integration, provisioning and deprovisioning. You will develop integrations, APIs, and monitoring, replace vendor-managed systems with reproducible infrastructure, and own backups, disaster recovery, and non-production environments.

Requirements

• Design and operate production virtualization and clustered storage platforms.
• Serve as the design authority for an architecture implemented by others.
• Manage database high availability and recovery, including restoring from backups.
• Automate PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
• Integrate identity systems for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Replace vendor-managed or hand-built systems with reproducible infrastructure.
• Write code and scripts as a normal part of the role.
