About the Role
You will embed with public-sector customers to secure deployments throughout their lifecycle. You will implement protective controls, assess and validate security, monitor threats, and work with customers and service providers to meet security and compliance goals.
Requirements
- Active US security clearance
- 5+ years of security engineering experience
- Infrastructure, application, network, datacenter, and systems security experience
- Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform familiarity
- Python, Golang, or similar programming proficiency
- Security operations experience, including threat monitoring, detection and response, red teaming, or penetration testing
- Knowledge of modern adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Embed with public-sector customers to implement and maintain security controls
- Advise on access controls, authentication, encryption, network security, and system security
- Collaborate with customers, service providers, and cross-functional partners
- Conduct security assessments, threat monitoring, and security validation exercises
- Maintain critical security and monitoring controls
