About the Role
You will investigate and resolve production cloud and Kubernetes issues, ship Terraform and Kubernetes changes, and improve security and reliability controls. You will automate operational work, participate in on-call response, and work with engineering partners to address infrastructure risks.
Requirements
- Production cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, or logging controls
- Production Kubernetes troubleshooting experience
- Experience authoring and deploying reviewed Terraform changes
- Git and pull request experience
- Production on-call or incident-response experience
- Python or similar scripting ability
- Monitoring and logging tool familiarity
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and cloud services to find root causes
- Ship reviewed Terraform and Kubernetes changes for infrastructure security and reliability
- Improve AWS and edge or network controls
- Reduce recurring misconfigurations through reusable patterns and runbooks
- Automate operational work using Python or similar scripting
- Participate in the AI Product on-call rotation and triage production alerts
