About the Role
You will own commercial product workstreams that bring autonomous trucking to market. You will define operating models, service capabilities, partner workflows, and customer-facing requirements; translate business and operational needs into deployment plans; build pilot-to-scale playbooks; lead cross-functional workstreams; drive workshops; evaluate tradeoffs; and produce decision memos and operating playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, operations, strategy, or program leadership in a complex technical or operational environment
- Experience establishing an operating model from scratch in a physical-world business
- Experience designing, launching, or scaling complex B2B products, services, programs, or operating models
- Systems thinking and first-principles judgment
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Executive-level written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Own commercial product workstreams end-to-end
- Define operating models, service capabilities, partner workflows, and customer-facing requirements
- Map processes, design operating models, define requirements, and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate customer, operations, autonomy, and business needs into product requirements and deployment plans
- Build frameworks for site readiness, service design, partner integration, customer onboarding, launch readiness, and operational scalability
- Build pilot-to-scale playbooks
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with technical, operational, commercial, legal, and external stakeholders
- Drive workshops and track decisions and progress
- Identify tradeoffs across customer value, autonomy readiness, operational complexity, cost, speed, and scalability
- Produce executive-ready decision memos, operating playbooks, and product artifacts
- Communicate with technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences
