About the Role

You will design, operate, and improve production-grade delivery infrastructure and the developer-facing CI/CD experience. You will contribute hands-on in Go, define self-service paved paths, and own delivery from code merge through production. You will advance progressive delivery practices, improve pipeline reliability and speed, build observable deployment tooling, evolve the Internal Developer Portal, and embed AI tooling into delivery workflows.

Requirements

Experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience roles focused on CI/CD and delivery
Experience owning and operating a CI/CD platform at the administration and architecture level, including security, configuration, and enablement
Ability to design and operate delivery systems at scale
Hands-on software development experience with production-quality Go
Knowledge of progressive delivery practices, including canary deployments and automated rollbacks
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms
Experience using AI to improve engineering velocity, quality, and developer experience
Collaboration and cross-team influence skills
Experience building or maintaining an Internal Developer Portal in production
Experience in both Software Engineering and Platform Engineering teams
Understanding of security, RBAC, and OAuth

Responsibilities

Own and evolve CI/CD architecture and the developer-facing experience
Drive improvements to pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability
Define paved paths that enable product teams to ship quickly and safely
Own the end-to-end delivery process from code merge to production
Champion canary deployments and automated rollbacks
Build observable, repeatable, self-service deployment tooling
Own and evolve the Internal Developer Portal and its self-service experience
Partner with Cloud Platform teams on infrastructure while owning developer-facing delivery
Embed AI tooling into delivery workflows
