About the Role

You will define the technical direction for Android experiences, build reliable mobile systems with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs, lead complex initiatives from strategy through launch, shape product roadmaps with cross-functional partners, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience developing Android applications
Experience leading large-scale or technically complex mobile initiatives
Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java
Expertise in Android SDK fundamentals
Experience with MVVM and other architecture patterns
Experience with Jetpack Compose
Experience with Coroutines and Flow or RxJava
Experience with Retrofit and Room
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience leading through ambiguity and driving architecture across multiple projects
Experience mentoring senior engineers
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
