About the Role
You will manage and scale the corporate bancassurance portfolio. You will strengthen sales controls, support risk assessments and audits, onboard insurance products, coordinate product updates, design insurance solutions, automate workflows, manage partner escalations, and prepare management reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
- Background in bancassurance, corporate banking, or product management
- Communication, presentation, and consultative solutioning skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Written and spoken English
- Written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Strengthen insurance sales-process frameworks and regulatory adherence
- Ensure compliance controls and accurate sales documentation
- Assist with risk and control self-assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
- Conduct pre-transaction checks on insurance applications
- Provide operational and administrative support to the bancassurance team
- Develop operational guides and frontline support materials
- Drive onboarding of insurance products as eligible collateral
- Coordinate briefings on sales-process updates, product enhancements, and launches
- Design insurance solutions with internal stakeholders and insurance partners
- Support digitalisation initiatives and automate operational processes
- Manage complex policy-administration and operational inquiries
- Prepare management reports, business-performance updates, and presentation materials
- Work with business partners to onboard business initiatives
