About the Role
You will respond professionally to queries from international legal authorities, law firms, and third parties within agreed timeframes. You will coordinate with compliance, risk, and customer service stakeholders, escalate unresolved cases, maintain product knowledge, manage external relationships, and support legal-response improvements and projects.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in law, compliance, or a related field demonstrating critical thinking
- Demonstrate excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Read and write Chinese
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate difficult situations calmly
- Manage time and multiple issues effectively
- Work rotational shifts to support 24x7 operations
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from legal authorities and legal representatives
- Coordinate with compliance, risk, and customer service stakeholders
- Maintain product knowledge for external communications
- Build relationships with partners and external stakeholders
- Escalate unresolved queries to supervisors and operations management
- Support improvements to the Legal Response function
- Manage or participate in projects
