About the Role

Lead financial and strategic execution for high-growth FinTech transactions, preparing analysis and investor materials for sophisticated private equity and strategic buyer scrutiny.

Requirements

  • Major in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or professional qualification strongly preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or high-growth corporate finance
  • SaaS, technology, or FinTech experience strongly preferred
  • Financial diligence and revenue quality analysis
  • Forecasting and core accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Own financial and growth workstreams across live deals
  • Analyze revenue quality, cohorts, retention, unit economics, sales efficiency, and growth
  • Advise bankers and management teams on financial modeling and projections
  • Identify issues likely to draw investor scrutiny
  • Frame risks and shape mitigation strategies
  • Oversee multiple transactions
  • Set analytical and investor-grade standards
  • Mentor junior professionals
  • Strengthen the SpecialX strategic capability
