About the Role
You will own the technical strategy for key client accounts after engagements. You will develop multi-year security roadmaps, lead technical business reviews and working sessions, turn client needs into scoped and priced programs, and support complex cross-practice service design. You will partner with account and delivery stakeholders while maintaining technical continuity, identifying expansion opportunities, and improving tooling for scoping and account planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of security consulting, security engineering, or related technical delivery experience
- 3+ years of client-facing experience
- Hands-on security assessment, architecture review, threat modeling, or remediation experience
- Experience designing multi-phase security programs
- Experience scoping and pricing technical engagements and statements of work
- Ability to work effectively with specialized engineers and technical client stakeholders
- Clear technical writing skills
- Experience building and explaining agentic tooling, skills, agents, or automations
Responsibilities
- Join findings readouts and own subsequent expansion planning
- Maintain technical continuity across named accounts
- Lead technical office hours and working sessions with client engineers
- Support technical escalations
- Lead the technical portion of business reviews
- Build multi-year security roadmaps for named accounts
- Identify cross-practice expansion opportunities
- Convert post-engagement needs into scoped work
- Design and price cross-practice programmatic engagements
- Support outcome-based engagement models and technical expansion plans
- Lead complex cross-practice and multi-year deal design
- Refine service offerings and improve agentic tooling for scoping and account planning
