About the Role

You will set the technical direction for security infrastructure modernization and build the team and processes to deliver it. You will architect security operations, data-lake, SaaS-security, and cloud-security capabilities. You will build logging, detection, analytics, and response pipelines, lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, and measure their impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience including leadership roles in SecOps Application Security or DevSecOps
  • 3–4 years of formal leadership or management experience
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing security systems
  • Experience building large-scale security systems and workflows, including security data lakes or SIEM
  • Experience with security auditing logging and cloud infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI processes workflows and tools for security operations
  • Familiarity with AI security tooling
  • Experience coordinating with Security R&D and DevOps stakeholders
  • Ability to build infrastructure from scratch lead projects end-to-end and measure impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or engineering-related field
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM or CCSP

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year modernization roadmap for security infrastructure
  • Analyze security-domain needs and design a centralized security data lake and agentic flows
  • Build and evolve the security data lake and its logging detection and analytics pipelines
  • Optimize security data infrastructure for faster detection investigation and automated response
  • Coordinate with Security R&D and DevOps stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery and define impact metrics
  • Set technical direction and build the team and processes
