You will lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions for enterprise opportunities. You will scope and support proofs of concept, troubleshoot integrations, map customer requirements to routing and deployment approaches, address technical objections, and build reusable demos, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing B2B SaaS role
- Experience supporting complex enterprise deals
- Experience with cloud, Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, storage, or open-source infrastructure platforms
- Experience driving technical sales wins through proofs of concept, architecture reviews, and security reviews
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions
- Scope and support customer proofs of concept
- Troubleshoot integrations and drive proofs of concept to technical wins
- Map customer infrastructure and constraints to architecture, routing, and deployment approaches
- Address technical objections, security reviews, and procurement requirements
- Create demos, reference architectures, proof-of-concept frameworks, and technical enablement content
- Share customer and market feedback with Product and Engineering
- Stay current on LLM models, providers, infrastructure patterns, and customer tools
