About the Role
You will own customer implementations from start to finish, working with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows and production issues. You will support onboarding, maintain integration documentation, analyze technical and functional requirements, design solutions, manage implementation projects, and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager integrations engineer technical account manager solution architect or systems analyst
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments fraud risk or compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with OpenAPI web development and scripting
- Experience with bash Python SQL Ruby Golang or Postman

- Support clients throughout the onboarding process
- Own APIs SDK documentation integration guides and support documents
- Analyze technical and functional client requirements
- Design solutions based on system and product capabilities
- Manage implementation projects timelines risks quality and deliverables
