About the Role
You will manage new implementations and enhancements for existing customers, own presales calls, and guide large global merchants through scalable technical integrations. You will solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch integrations while serving as the primary technical contact throughout design, development, testing, and launch.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation for Web APIs
- Experience with APIs, databases, SDKs, integrations, and front-end development
- Project management and technical consulting experience
- Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements and workflows into technical solutions
- Ability to communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations
- Guide merchants through integration processes for e-commerce, point-of-sale, and multi-faceted platforms
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams
- Oversee project delivery and maintain the technical integrity of merchant integrations
- Advise on checkout experiences, authentication, omnichannel payments, and platform onboarding
