About the Role

You will own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call support. You will build reliable APIs, data models, services, dashboard features, CLI capabilities, and SDK experiences. You will instrument releases, use developer feedback and product data to guide decisions, write technical documentation and runbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

Experience with developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools
Knowledge of SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation
Experience with billing, metering, or pricing systems
Experience with workflow orchestration, caching, and analytical data systems
Knowledge of observability, incident response, and performance optimization

Responsibilities

Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call support
Design versioned APIs with error handling, safe defaults, and backwards compatibility
Build reliable and secure data models and services
Build user-facing features across the dashboard, CLI, and SDKs
Instrument shipped features and use product data and developer feedback to guide decisions
Write design documents, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation
Review code and technical designs
Collaborate with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and engineering teams
