About the Role

You will lead end-to-end implementations and integrations for fraud and compliance products. You will guide clients through onboarding, translate their technical and functional needs into scalable solutions, maintain integration documentation, manage delivery timelines and risks, and share product feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
  • Written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
  • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools
  • Experience with Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
  • Support clients end to end during onboarding
  • Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documentation
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions
  • Manage project quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables
  • Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
  • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
