About the Role
You will design, implement, and optimize on-chain trading strategies and treasury operations. You will build blockchain-agnostic execution infrastructure, operate real-time transaction systems, create on-chain data pipelines, integrate liquidity venues, expose treasury APIs, and improve execution quality, risk controls, and capital efficiency.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years focused on blockchain or DeFi trading systems
- Experience in quantitative development, trading infrastructure, or high-speed environments
- Production experience implementing algorithmic trading strategies
- Experience integrating with DEXs, RFQ protocols, and liquidity venues
- Understanding of transaction mechanics, mempools, gas pricing, MEV, and on-chain execution risks
- Experience building on-chain data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or TypeScript
- Quantitative reasoning about execution quality, risk, and capital efficiency
Responsibilities
- Partner with quantitative traders and researchers to design and optimize on-chain trading strategies and treasury operations
- Take strategies and treasury tooling from research to production
- Architect and maintain blockchain-agnostic execution infrastructure across EVM, Solana, Sui, and other ecosystems
- Build and operate systems for transaction construction, simulation, signing, submission, monitoring, and recovery
- Design and maintain on-chain data ingestion pipelines
- Tune systems for execution quality, slippage, latency, gas efficiency, fill rates, and capital utilization
- Integrate with DEXs, RFQ systems, aggregators, bridges, and liquidity venues
- Own treasury management API infrastructure
- Participate in incident response, post-mortems, infrastructure hardening, code reviews, and security processes
