About the Role
You will architect scalable systems for ingesting and parsing blockchain data, use AI-assisted engineering workflows, provide blockchain protocol expertise, manage the software development lifecycle, monitor production systems, maintain pipeline reliability, collaborate with product managers, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications
- Ability to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Deep understanding and experience of at least one blockchain protocol
- Knowledge of non-EVM chains such as Solana, TON, or Sui
- Experience with indexing and ETL at scale
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Experience managing services in Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve scalable blockchain data ingestion and parsing systems
- Use LLMs and automated agents to improve engineering velocity and code quality
- Provide EVM, UTXO, and other blockchain protocol expertise
- Manage the full software development lifecycle
- Monitor production systems and debug services
- Maintain pipeline and service reliability
- Collaborate with product managers on dataset requirements
- Guide engineers through code reviews and design documentation
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
