About the Role
You will advise strategic customers on generative AI applications and open-source models, with an emphasis on inference use cases. You will run demonstrations and proofs of concept, collaborate with sales to qualify prospects, support customers as they deploy and scale applications, and provide product feedback. You will also create solution-focused educational content and tooling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- At least 2 years of pre-sales experience
- Solutions consulting or pre-sales experience delivering technical solutions
- Experience with open-source models for inference use cases
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to map business needs to technical solutions
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, GPU technology, and high-performance computing environments
- Understanding of training, fine-tuning, and inference for open-source LLMs
- Python and JavaScript proficiency
- Experience building prototypes on API platforms
- Kubernetes, SLURM, Ansible, and Docker familiarity
Responsibilities
- Advise strategic customers on ideating and developing applications using open-source models
- Run complex demonstrations and proofs of concept across hardware and software solutions
- Collaborate with sales to qualify prospects and support customers
- Build relationships with customer leaders and stakeholders
- Provide customer feedback to product, engineering, and research teams
- Create educational content and tooling, including playbooks, blogs, and demos
