About the Role
You will work directly with customers to translate workflows into production-ready AI agents. You will integrate APIs and data sources, prototype and iterate quickly, lead technical delivery from discovery through deployment, train customer teams, and identify opportunities to expand automation.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of full-stack, AI, or solutions engineering experience
- Experience building and integrating AI or automation features
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI SDKs into web applications
- REST and JSON proficiency
- Python or JavaScript proficiency
- Git proficiency
- NPM or PNPM proficiency
- Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to work frequently in person in San Francisco and at customer sites
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI solutions for customer workflows
- Integrate APIs and data sources into automated business processes
- Prototype, deploy, and iterate on production agents
- Lead technical discovery, build, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with customer engineering, product, and operations teams
- Train customer teams and drive adoption
- Travel to customer sites and build stakeholder relationships
