About the Role
You will advise customers on their business challenges and technical requirements. You will lead architecture discussions and hands-on implementations, build secure cloud systems, automate Kubernetes deployments, and align solutions with availability, recovery, and cost practices. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success and provide product feedback from customer engagements.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Cloud engineering or solutions architecture experience
- Cloud security knowledge
- Networking knowledge
- AWS, GCP, or Azure proficiency
- EC2 knowledge

Responsibilities
- Advise customers on business challenges and technical requirements
- Lead architectural discussions and hands-on implementations
- Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and technical teams
- Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud systems
- Develop Terraform modules and automation scripts for Kubernetes clusters
- Align solutions with high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization practices
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on customer outcomes
- Provide customer feedback to inform product development
