About the Role
Serve as the go-to technical and product expert for Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products, guiding customers through evaluations and implementations while supporting enterprise sales and customer adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in solutions architecture or a similar role.
- Experience with TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, Go, blockchain frameworks and SDKs, and AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Awareness of institutional digital assets and the operational and security concerns of regulated entities.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, scoping, proof-of-value demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
- Experience working with Tier 1 financial institutions or other security-conscious enterprises, ideally in EMEA.
- Ability to translate between technical and business audiences and present to engineers through C-level executives.
- Understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns, SOC 2/ISO 27001 expectations, API authentication, and secure deployment models.
- Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams.
- Nice to have: familiarity with custody, key management, MPC, HSMs, multi-signature architectures, staking, node infrastructure, and blockchain APIs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products.
- Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate product fit and support successful deals.
- Lead professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations.
- Design tailored solutions based on customer business needs and workflows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and improve offerings.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and webinars and develop best-practice documentation.
- Deliver customized technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineers and executives.
