You will implement industry vertical and capability operating models across pre-sales and post-sales work. You will define processes, governance, playbooks, metrics, and resourcing plans; coordinate stakeholders; maintain reporting; and develop recommendations that improve delivery capacity and customer impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategic operations, operations, chief of staff, technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services
- Cross-functional initiative leadership
- Process optimization and business KPI experience
- Negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Technical acumen and AI fluency
- Bachelor’s degree
- Native-level English fluency
Responsibilities
- Coordinate industry vertical and capability execution
- Codify vertical and capability playbooks
- Align prioritization, resourcing, and enablement with stakeholders
- Align technical implementation capabilities with customer needs
- Support professional-services offerings and engagement models
- Incorporate Solutions feedback into product roadmaps
- Prepare executive-review materials
- Define technical implementation metrics
- Maintain KPI reporting
- Develop cross-functional recommendations
