About the Role

You will bridge customers with engineering and product teams. You will support Vehicle OS adoption, lead architecture reviews and deployments, onboard engineers to developer tooling and virtual ECU environments, guide service-oriented vehicle architecture, and help integrate IVI and infotainment systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers
  • Experience with AUTOSAR and automotive developer tooling
  • Familiarity with SOME/IP, DDS, CAN, LIN, or automotive Ethernet
  • Experience with a vehicle software developer toolchain or IVI/infotainment platform
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements
  • Experience working directly with customers on complex software and vehicle-system problems
  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Basic or intermediate programming experience in C/C++ or Python
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical bridge between automotive customers and engineering and product teams
  • Support OEM adoption of middleware, developer SDK, and IVI integration
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, demonstrations, and early-stage deployments
  • Onboard engineering teams to the developer SDK and virtual ECU environments
  • Integrate customer systems with CI/CD pipelines
  • Guide service-oriented vehicle architecture and system integration
  • Support AAOS, Linux-based IVI, HMI, cluster, and Cabin Intelligence integration
  • Triage and resolve technical issues
  • Manage project milestones and stakeholder communication
