About the Role

You will lead customer technical engagements from discovery and architecture through pilots, results, and business cases. You will design secure enterprise deployments, facilitate evaluations, respond to RFPs and public tenders, work with partners, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as consulting data scientist, forward deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect.
  • Experience taking AI or data solutions from executive problem framing to production.
  • Practical understanding of agentic AI and production LLM applications.
  • Knowledge of machine-learning fundamentals, training, evaluation, and retrieval.
  • Ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots.
  • Experience presenting to executive and technical audiences.
  • Python proficiency.
  • Experience with assistive coding tools.
  • Professional fluency in English and German at C1 or higher.
  • German-market, system-integrator, consultancy, RFP, or public-tender experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions on customer calls.
  • Design enterprise architectures for on-premise, air-gapped, and sovereign-cloud deployments.
  • Prioritize customer use cases, define success metrics, and build AI-adoption business cases.
  • Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots in customer environments.
  • Own technical responses to RFPs and public tenders.
  • Map customer requirements specifications to solutions.
  • Develop and document scalable processes for solutions architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer requirements.
  • Work with system integrators, consultancies, and sovereign-cloud providers to enable customers.
  • Gather structured customer feedback and communicate it to Product and Engineering.
