About the Role
You will serve as a technical advisor as customers build and deploy products and workflows using Claude. You will architect solutions, develop pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites, and lead technical workshops and code reviews. You will identify reusable implementation patterns, contribute product insights, create AI-focused content, and occasionally travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role
- Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and scaled deployment
- Python proficiency and experience building production applications
- Expertise in LLM implementation patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agent frameworks, and retrieval frameworks
- Technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Advise customers from technical discovery through deployment
- Architect technical solutions with account executives and customers
- Guide LLM architecture decisions and API implementation
- Develop pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites
- Lead technical workshops and code reviews
- Identify common design patterns and share insights with product and engineering teams
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product development
- Travel occasionally to customer sites
- Lead speaking engagements and create blog posts and white papers
