About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end delivery and adoption of data solutions for private-sector customers. You will translate AML/CFT and market-expansion objectives into monitoring solutions, build compliance workflows and dashboards, integrate data into bank systems, present findings, and advise customers on crypto investigations and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering customer-facing data or analytics solutions in the private sector
  • Experience analyzing complex financial datasets and communicating risk-based findings to audit or compliance stakeholders
  • Experience working with AML, KYC, financial crime, or regulatory compliance customers in the Americas
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for financial institutions or FinTechs
  • Python proficiency
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience building notebooks and dashboards for risk metrics and transaction patterns
  • Understanding of data modeling and large-scale financial transaction data

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of services engagements from discovery through implementation, education, and ongoing monitoring
  • Partner with financial-institution customers to translate AML/CFT compliance and market-expansion objectives into data-driven monitoring solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain compliance workflows, notebooks, and dashboards
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for Americas-based private-sector customers
  • Lead solution design discussions and technical deep dives for data integration into bank infrastructure and compliance stacks
  • Deliver briefings and presentations to technical data teams and compliance leadership
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs teams on product-roadmap feedback
  • Mentor Services team members on the regulatory and competitive landscape of the Americas
