About the Role
You will work with clients to define business outcomes, requirements, and platform solutions. You will lead configuration and implementation activities, design integrations and workflows, support testing and training, advise on transformation, and contribute to client engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, solution design, or a similar client-facing role
- Ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions
- Experience in a delivery, consulting, or transformation environment
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and commercial awareness
- Ability to take ownership and deliver in complex environments
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in wealth management, investments, pensions, life insurance, or financial services
- Understanding of platform-based operating models and digital transformation
- Knowledge of financial services regulation
- Experience with wealth technology platforms and investment operations
- Client advisory or consulting experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand objectives, challenges, and operational requirements
- Define and document business outcomes, requirements, solution designs, and target operating models
- Refine project scope to support delivery outcomes
- Advise on platform capabilities and industry best practice
- Own solutions for bespoke client requirements
- Lead Model Wealth Solution configuration for platform implementations
- Translate requirements into solution documentation
- Design platform integrations and operational workflows
- Support functional reviews, technical design discussions, and development handovers
- Verify defects and support solution delivery
- Advise on operating model design and transformation
- Support service model, business readiness, and service-level-agreement definition
- Deliver customer training and knowledge-transfer workshops
- Provide guidance to project teams and junior colleagues
- Contribute to sales opportunities, solution sizing, and new client engagements
