About the Role
You own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major banks and financial institutions, leading architecture design, API integration, security architecture, deployment, technical discovery, and solution design from deal close through production while partnering with Sales, Product, R&D, and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Post-sale implementation experience in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems.
- Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
- Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
- Strong enterprise architecture knowledge.
- Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production.
- Define enterprise customer setups, including API integrations and security architecture.
- Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule systems.
- Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks.
- Bridge Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve integration challenges.
- Support pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
