About the Role

You will design, build, and maintain production services and infrastructure for key management, encryption, and decryption. You will help scale an in-house card-processing environment, write production code and operational tooling, support engineering migrations, and participate in an on-call rotation focused on availability, security, and reliability.

Requirements

Experience building, operating, or supporting production services, distributed systems, or infrastructure
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Java, C#, or C++
Ability to reason about complex systems
Experience across software development, infrastructure, and operational reliability
Clear and concise communication skills
Willingness to learn security engineering principles
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or cloud security
Familiarity with key management, secrets management, or cryptographic concepts
Experience handling sensitive financial, payment, or card data in regulated environments
Experience supporting internal customer migrations or driving platform adoption

Responsibilities
