About the Role

You will lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects from development handoff through commercial operation. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, risks, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while leading field delivery teams across concurrent sites.

Requirements

• Experience leading utility-scale solar or solar-plus-storage projects from NTP through COD.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, BESS, substation, and gen-tie scopes.
• Experience owning project budgets, earned-value tracking, contingency, and change-order governance.
• Experience managing interconnection milestones and CAISO, MISO, ERCOT, or PJM queue processes.
• Experience scaling field-based project teams across concurrent sites.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification.
• BESS and substation construction experience.
• Multi-state concurrent portfolio delivery experience.
• Lender reporting and project finance interface experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Own project budgets, schedules, scope, and risk.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Manage cash-flow forecasts, change-order governance, and earned-value reporting.
• Manage RFPs, bid analysis, EPC and subcontractor awards, and close-out.
• Mitigate critical-path, long-lead equipment, and interconnection risks.
• Lead construction managers, field superintendents, and project engineers.
• Run weekly standups, reviews, and issue escalations.
