About HQLAx
HQLAx is a Luxembourg-based, CSSF-regulated financial technology firm that uses distributed ledger technology to improve collateral mobility for the global securities finance and repo industry. Its proprietary platform integrates with existing triparty and custody infrastructure, allowing banks and asset managers to transfer ownership of securities in real time while assets remain with custodians. Its solutions support delivery-versus-delivery securities lending, margin management, and delivery-versus-payment repo, aiming to reduce intraday liquidity usage, settlement risk, and operational complexity.
