About the Role
You will lead and develop integration and test engineers supporting autonomous systems. You will set priorities and schedules, guide software integration and bring-up, oversee simulation and flight testing, troubleshoot hardware and software systems, support operational test events, establish test procedures, and contribute directly to field integration work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience developing, integrating, or testing software for robotics, autonomy, aerospace, embedded systems, or a related field
- Experience managing or leading engineering teams
- Strong C++ and Python software-engineering experience
- Experience with Linux-based systems and hardware/software integration
- Experience supporting field testing, flight testing, demonstrations, or operational exercises
- Familiarity with MAVLink, PX4, ArduPilot, QGroundControl, or related unmanned-system technologies
- Ability to travel within Ukraine
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Autonomy Software Integration and Test Engineers
- Set technical priorities, assign resources, manage schedules, and deliver operational requirements
- Guide autonomy software development and integration across unmanned systems
- Provide technical direction for software bring-up, configuration, troubleshooting, and mission readiness
- Oversee simulation, SIL, HIL, VIL, ground-test, and live flight-test activities
- Lead root-cause analysis across software, compute, networking, radios, sensors, flight controllers, and mission systems
- Coordinate support for demonstrations and operational test events
- Establish test procedures, integration workflows, documentation, and deployment-readiness standards
- Contribute to development, integration, and field troubleshooting
- Travel within Ukraine as required
