About the Role
You will design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems focused on trading connectivity, integrate new liquidity providers into the network, and act as the point of contact for integrations from requirements gathering through production deployment. You will continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform, and collaborate with product managers, support, engineering teams, and clients to deliver solutions across the full trade lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in Go or Java
- BEng, MEng, BSc, or MSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration issues efficiently
- Experience building and working with sophisticated backend systems for high performance and reliability
- Financial technology experience, with crypto or traditional finance expertise advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy high-performance backend systems and services, with a focus on trading connectivity
- Integrate new liquidity providers into the expansive network to enhance the efficiency and value of the platform
- Act as a point of contact and own the integration process from the requirements gathering stage through interfacing with external providers, building, testing, and deploying work to production
- Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of the platform
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, support, and clients to develop solutions supporting the full trade lifecycle
